Bon Secours Southampton Medical Center in Virginia seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU (Critical Care) to assess patient status, develop care plans, and implement high‑level interventions for critically ill patients. The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and rapid, evidence-based decision making.

The position requires an RN license, a BSN is preferred, and at least 1 year of RN experience with CCU/ICU exposure.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• BLS/ACLS/PALS prerequisites per hire timing
• 1 year of RN experience required
• 6 months RN experience in Med/Surg/CCU/ED preferred

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Conducts and analyzes initial and ongoing patient assessment, creates a plan of care, implements treatment, and evaluates treatment effectiveness
• Developing and performing patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes
• Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment
• Administer medications in a safe manner consistent with state practice and policies
