Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a seasonal ICU PRN role on the night shift. The position requires an ICU background, an RN license, and ACLS/BCLS certifications to be completed within 30 days of start date.

The RN will coordinate care, educate patients, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes. The role involves a 72-hour minimum per pay period, four weekend shifts every four weeks, and two holiday shifts during the 32-week season,

Qualifications

• RN with ICU experience required within 30 days of start date.
• ACLS and BCLS certifications to be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Associate Degree in nursing required; RN license
• Strong patient care and critical care skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered ICU care.
• Document care in patient medical records accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize care delivery and outcomes.
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives in the unit.
