Job summary

Medical City Las Colinas is seeking a Nurse (RN) for a night shift seasonal PRN position in the Medical ICU. The role requires active RN licensure, an Associate Degree, and at least 1 year of ICU experience.

Expect 72 hours per pay period, four weekend shifts every four weeks, and two holiday shifts during a 32-week period from Sept 20, 2026 to Apr 3, 2027. The position offers a $62 hourly wage with the opportunity to float within a close geography as needed, within a major hospital network

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN (Registered Nurse) licensure is required for this role.
• Associate Degree is required for consideration.
• 1+ year of ICU experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered ICU care.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plan, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Document nursing care and patient status in the medical record.
• Support evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives.
