Wise Medical Staffing is seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN opportunities in Arlington, VA. This role offers competitive pay at $48.00 per hour, with flexible PRN scheduling and 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Ideal candidates have an active RN license, at least 2 years ICU experience, current BLS, and strong critical care skills. W2 employment, weekly pay, direct deposit, and recruiter support are provided to streamline onboarding and assignment

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license required
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong critical care assessment and clinical skills
• Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
• Ability to perform required job duties in a fast-paced acute care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care setting
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient status
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and patient safety standards
