Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN opportunities in Arlington, VA. This role offers $48.00 per hour, 12-hour shifts, and a fast-paced acute care environment supporting critically ill patients.

Requirements include an active RN license in Virginia, at least 2 years ICU experience, and current BLS certification. W2 employment with weekly pay and dedicated recruiter support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Virginia.
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to pass background screening.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient status.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
