Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN opportunities in Arlington, VA. This role offers $48 per hour, 12-hour shifts, and a fast-paced acute care environment supporting critically ill patients. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years ICU experience, an active RN license, and current BLS certification, with ability to pass background screening and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong critical care assessment and clinical skills.
• Able to pass background screening and onboarding requirements.
• Able to perform duties in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient status.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and patient safety standards.
