Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN opportunities in Arlington, VA. The role offers $48.00 per hour, 12-hour shifts, and a fast-paced acute care environment supporting critically ill patients.

Ideal candidates have an active RN license, at least 2 years in ICU, current BLS, and strong clinical assessment skills. W2 employment with weekly pay and flexible scheduling is provided.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience
• Current BLS certification
• Strong critical care assessment and clinical skills
• Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
• Ability to perform required job duties in a fast-paced acute care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care setting
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient status
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
