Job summary

Health Here in Missouri is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a high-acuity setting. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure timely, evidence-based care.

Education includes an RN license with a nursing diploma or associates, with a bachelor's degree preferred. ACLS and CC training are beneficial.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required and nursing degree suffices; bachelor’s preferred for advancement.
• ICU experience is preferred; new graduates may be considered.
• ACLS certification and critical care training are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ICU including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care and medication administration.
• Participate in safety, quality improvement and regulatory compliance activities.
• Develop and document individualized care plans with goals in collaboration with the health care team and families.
• Respond to emergencies and provide specialized services across cardiothoracic, neuro, pulmonary, renal and medical care.
