Responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to ICU patients.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring.
• Administer medications, titrate drips, and manage advanced life-support equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and document care using Medhost EMR.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards.
