Qualificações

• RN license valid in Texas
• ACLS certification within 6 months of start date
• BCLS certification within 30 days of start date
• Associate degree in nursing required
• BSN preferred
• Minimum 1 year ICU experience or relevant critical care experience

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care in ICU.
• Document administration of care in the patient medical record promptly and thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and customize patient care.
• Support evidence-based practices and continuous process improvement to enhance care quality.
