Job summary

Navarro Regional Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the ICU Night shift. The RN will deliver bedside care, perform assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of acute care experience, TX RN licensure, and BCLS. ACLS/PALS/NRP are preferred. The facility offers health insurance, tuition assistance, and competitive scheduling in a 162-bed hospital.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting.
• RN licensure in TX and BCLS certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process and policy.
• Performs accurate patient assessments and documents findings.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for adverse effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency.
• Maintains infection control and patient safety standards.
