Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop nursing diagnoses, goals, and care plans.
• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care while addressing physical, psychological, emotional, and educational needs.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and care teams to optimize delivery of care.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment and adherence to policies, procedures, and evidence-based practices.
