• Cross-train in MICU (17-bed unit) and SICU (16-bed unit).
• Continuing education scholarships including conferences, certification, licensure.
• RN ratio of 1:2 (1:1 for high-acuity patients).
• Certification pay available.
• Additional PTO for night shift offered.
