Job summary

Mount Auburn Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU in Cambridge, MA. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week with straight night shifts and weekend/holiday rotation.

You will deliver patient-centered critical care, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and support families throughout the hospital stay. Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited nursing program, MA RN licensed, with 1–3 years of experience; BLS required and ACLS for some

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program is required.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1-3 years related work experience preferred.
• Massachusetts RN license required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certificate required; ACLS required for some units.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and document according to nursing process.
• Administer medications safely and per policies.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge.
• Coordinate care with Care Team and other departments.
• Monitor patient outcomes and participate in quality initiatives.
