Job summary

Holland Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for a part-time night shift in the ICU/Telemetry units. The RN provides patient-centered care, coordinates care with the multidisciplinary team, and participates in patient and family teaching while upholding professional nursing standards.

A Michigan RN license and BLS are required, with orientation completion within set timelines. The role offers a $3,000 retention bonus, working 7:00 pm–7:30 am, 48 hours every two weeks, across varied weekdays

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program.
• Current Michigan RN License (or completed by end of orientation).
• Current BLS for the Healthcare Provider (or completed within 60 days of hire).
• Preferred: CCRN, CRN, CNOR, CEN, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient-centered care.
• Coordinate care with the healthcare team and families.
• Lead by delegating and collaborating with ancillary staff.
• Adhere to ANA standards of professional performance and hospital policies.
