Watertown Regional Medical Center, part of ScionHealth, is seeking a Night Shift RN for the Intensive Care Unit. The role provides comprehensive care to critically ill patients, monitors hemodynamics, administers medications, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements include ADN, Wisconsin RN license, BLS, ACLS; PALS preferred; de-escalation training is required.

Qualifications

• ADN is required; BSN preferred for advancement.
• Current RN license in Wisconsin (or compact state).
• BLS certification; ACLS required within facility policy.
• De-escalation training is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect care in an ICU setting.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Perform head-to-toe and focused assessments with timely reassessment.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and team.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
