Qualifications

• BLS Provider credential from the American Heart Association obtained prior to hire.
• RN license in Wisconsin or multi-state Compact State prior to hire.
• Graduate of a board-approved Registered Nurse program.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of personalized care by implementing and evolving patient treatment plans.
• Maintain a clear clinical picture by tracking and communicating changes in patient status.
• Coordinate the multidisciplinary team as primary patient advocate.
• Identify discharge needs early to support a safe transition home.
