Job summary

ScionHealth is seeking an RN for the ICU in Watertown, Wisconsin. The nurse will provide comprehensive critical care, monitor hemodynamics, administer meds, and collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care in a critical care setting, including hemodynamic monitoring and treatment
• Administer medications, monitor for adverse effects, and respond to emergencies
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Document care activities accurately in the EMR
