Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) in Winchester, TN for night shifts (3x12, 7p-7a) with rotating weekends. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for well-qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee license (single-state or compact)
• Associate's degree in nursing (BSN preferred)
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications within stated timelines
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a high-stress ICU environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process per standards of practice.
• Administer medications and perform clinical treatments.
• Document patient care accurately.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate with care team, physicians, and family.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient mobility.
• Coordinate patient transfers, discharges, and referrals with team support.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and conditions.
• Advocate for patients' physical and emotional well-being.
