Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU. The position is part-time, night shift (24 hours per week) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Requires 1 year of RN experience and an RN license; BSN/MSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required within the state of Virginia.
• Recent ICU experience strongly preferred.
• BSN/MSN preferred for advanced practice or leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the ICU using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient safety and outcomes.
• Monitor, assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Adapt to unit routines and participate in Magnet journey activities.
