Qualifications

• Current state RN license (US).

• 6 months RN experience in Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown or ED preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred at hire (ACLS within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status and prioritize needs.
• Develop and implement care plans for ICU patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to evaluate treatment.
• Administer medications safely and monitor patient response.
