Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital is seeking an experienced RN for the MICU. You will provide direct patient care, monitor and update care plans, and administer medications while communicating patient conditions to families.

Minimum qualifications include RN licensure and an accredited nursing program; ACLS may be required in Critical Care. Relocation and loan repayment options are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
• Current state RN licensure in Ohio.
• BLS certification at a minimum; ACLS if in Critical Care within hire year.
• One year of acute care RN experience or licensed military RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and implement, monitor, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and administer prescribed medications.
• Coordinate discharge needs and educate patients and families.
