BayCare in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care for adult patients in the Cardiovascular ICU. This full‑time role requires shifting 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with every other weekend, and it is an in‑person position at Winter Haven Hospital.

Competenze
- RN license in good standing.
- Nursing degree (Diploma/Associate/Bachelor).
- Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
- 1 year RN ICU experience in acute care.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
Mansioni
- Care for ICU patients in a hospital setting using nursing process and standards.
- Delegate appropriate tasks to health care team members.
- Support patient recovery throughout their stay in critical care.
- Monitor vitals, document assessments, and communicate changes to the team.
- Identify and respond to emergencies in critical patients.
- Coordinate discharge planning and referrals for continuity of care.
- Maintain professional accountability and ongoing development.
