Job summary

Forrest City Medical Center in Forrest City, AR is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU on nights. This full-time, on-site role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus with an 18-month commitment; shifts are 12 hours, 36 hours per week, with potential to float to Emergency and Med/Surg as needed.

You will evaluate patients, assist physicians, administer medications, and educate patients and families. AR RN license, ADN, BLS required; BSN preferred; strong clinical and compassionate care are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arkansas.
• Associate degree in Nursing or higher; BSN preferred.
• BLS certification and strong clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and plan, implement and document nursing care.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications and perform tests within RN scope.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.
