Job summary

Pullman Regional Hospital in Washington State is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit to deliver high‑level critical care and coordinate patient care across teams.

The role requires current WA nursing licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS certification within 3 months of hire, BSN within 1 year, NIHSS within 6 months, and experience in acute care/telemetry as noted. Three 12‑hour night shifts per week, with opportunities to cross-train and support emergency responses.

Qualifications

• Maintain WA nursing licensure in good standing.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications completed within 3 months of hire.
• Eight hours of Stroke education annually to meet Acute Stroke Ready designation.
• Completion of a BSN within one year of hire.
• NIHSS certification within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in ICU with focus on safe, evidence-based practice.
• Support Code responses and critical situations hospital-wide.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Cross-train and float to other departments as needed to ensure staffing.
• Maintain high reliability practices and participate in quality improvement.
