We are seeking Registered Nurses for the Night Shift in the ICU who are committed to high-quality care, safety, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing diploma or associate's degree; RN licensure.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation within nursing standards.
• Participates in patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance and professional development.
• Develops and documents plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient/family.
• Assess and meet patient needs across physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural and spiritual factors.
• Maintain readiness as a safety-sensitive employee and adhere to shift requirements.
