JobDiva, Inc. seeks an experienced ICU RN for an onsite nine-week contract in Lafayette, LA. Night shift involves 12-hour rotations; duties emphasize nursing care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and adherence to the Nursing Process.

Required are a current RN license, BLS and ACLS, CPI, NIH certification, and ICU experience with EPIC documentation. BSN preferred; 2 years ICU experience is expected.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN License in the state of practice.
• 2 years ICU experience required; EPIC documentation experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Apply Nursing Process to patient care and adapt to patient population.
• Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources.
• Use data and knowledge to evaluate and promote changes for better outcomes.
• Support patient education and inter-disciplinary collaboration.
