MEDEX Staffing Network LLC is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for an 8-week local travel assignment in the ICU in Dallas, TX. DAY SHIFT This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your critical care experience while enjoying the flexibility and rewards of travel nursing close to home.

Competenze

Active RN license in Texas or compact license eligibility.
Minimum 2+ years ICU/critical care nursing experience.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Proficiency with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring.
Ability to adapt to new facility protocols and team environments.
Strong communication, documentation and time management skills.

Mansioni

Provide direct, high-quality patient care in an ICU setting.
Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying changes in condition and responding promptly.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
Operate and interpret data from ICU equipment including ventilators and monitors.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams including physicians and therapists.
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR.
Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions.
