Job summary

The role requires a Minnesota RN license, flexibility for various shifts, and may involve driving a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• RN with state license and eligible to work in Minnesota.
• Experience in nursing care coordination and patient education is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities
