The ideal candidate will have clinical experience and coordination exposure, strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• 1-2 years of coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily clinical operations and patient flow to ensure efficient care delivery.
• Supports clinical staff with guidance and complex patient care situations.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate care plans.
• Onboards and trains new clinical staff per established protocols.
• Maintains documentation for patient care and quality measures.
• Acts as liaison between clinical staff, physicians, patients, and families.
• Ensures equipment and supplies are available for patient care.
• Participates in emergency response planning and execution.
