Job summary

Talented-Medical-Solutions is seeking an experienced RN - ICU to provide coordinated care for critically ill patients in our unit. The RN will assess needs, develop and evaluate care plans, and work with families and the healthcare team to ensure high standards and safety.

The role requires an RN license, BLS/CPR, ACLS and PALS certifications. BSN preferred and acute care experience preferred. You will participate in discharge planning and delegate duties to clinical staff as needed.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice is required.
• BLS or CPR certification required.
• ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required.
• PALS or ARC-PALS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients and develops, implements, and evaluates care plans.
• Coordinates patient care with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Provides patient and family education and health information.
• Promotes a safe and effective patient care environment.
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegates and coordinates duties of healthcare team members.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
