Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit to deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group, following established standards and the nursing process. Supervises and coordinates care with other disciplines using critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment.

The position is represented by UFCW and requires RN licensure in the state of practice, CPR/BLS/ACLS certifications, and preferred BSN with acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Acute care facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients following established standards and nursing process.
• Supervises and directs activities of nursing staff at multiple levels.
• Coordinates care with other disciplines using critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
• Develops and implements care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
• Evaluates progress and outcomes of the care provided.
• Applies a safe environment and promotes patient health.
