Job summary

MultiCare Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, WA, seeks a Staff RN to join a hospital-based team delivering skilled nursing care with a multidisciplinary approach. Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington State or MLS/Multistate.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification as required by facility.
• Certification in specialty area preferred.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per policies.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, staff and health care team.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
