Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1 year applicable experience required.
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in state(s) of practice and/or active compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care per department and standards.
• Documents care in patient records; ensures timely updates.
• Educates patients and families about condition, plan, medications, and follow-ups.
• Teaches lifestyle changes to support self-management.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize care.
