Job summary

Research Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team. You will document care, educate patients and families about conditions and follow-up, and participate in quality initiatives to enhance outcomes.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, holistic treatment planning, and ongoing professional development within a supportive hospital system.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification required or obtained within 6 months of start date.
• BCLS certification required within 30 days of start date.
• RN license and RN Diploma required.
• TNCC or ATCN required within 1 year of start date.
• No travel required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team.
• Document administration of care in the patient medical record.
• Educate patients/families about conditions, plans, and follow-up.
• Participate in evidence-based practices and process improvement to enhance patient outcomes.
• Support multidisciplinary collaboration to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans.
