Job summary

Corewell Health's Wayne Hospital ICU is seeking a compassionate RN to join our team on a part-time basis. The RN will provide patient-family centered care, perform nursing duties under the Nurse Leader, and collaborate on plans of care, including education for patients and families.

Eligibility includes MI RN licensure (ADN/ Diploma acceptable with BSN within 5 years for GN or RN with limited experience), BLS, and relevant acute care experience or NCLEX passage.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing Required.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required upon hire.
• External candidates must have minimum clinical experience or successful NCLEX licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care under ANA scope of practice.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patient care.
• Collaborate with Nurse Leader and care team to meet patient/family goals and document education.
