Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (ICU) to provide high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill adults in a patient-first environment. The role requires strong clinical judgment, proficiency with IV therapy titration and ventilator support, and collaboration with physicians and the care team.

You will document care in the EHR, educate patients and families, and contribute to safety and quality initiatives while precepting staff as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license with ICU/critical care capability.
• Strong clinical judgment for high-acuity patients.
• Proficiency with IV therapy titration and ventilator support.
• Experience with EHR documentation and medication administration.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient/family education skills.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor status.
• Implement, monitor, and revise individualized care plans.
• Titrate IV drips and manage ventilator support as indicated.
• Administer medications and document care in the EHR.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families to support informed decisions.
• Document care accurately in the EHR and maintain records.
• Uphold patient safety, infection control, and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
