Job summary

Qualifications

• Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring of critically ill patients.

• Collaborate with care team during rounds to plan interventions and continuity.
• Maintain meticulous documentation for safety and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring of critically ill patients, promptly responding to changes in condition.
• Administer medications, vasoactive infusions, blood products, and advanced therapies per ICU protocols.
• Assist physicians with complex procedures, manage ventilators and invasive lines, document data accurately.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, ICU processes, and discharge expectations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team during rounds and shifts to coordinate care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and participate in safety and quality initiatives.
