Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an ICU-trained Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care in a 6-bed unit with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care within established standards, while prioritizing patient and family-centered care.

Responsibilities include patient education, promoting safety, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing and RN license are required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred with 2 years of experience.
• Excellent assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Critical skills include comprehensive assessment of physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, and spiritual considerations. The position requires working in a safety-sensitive environment, demonstrating alertness and safety awareness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing; RN license required
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 2 years of experience
• Excellent assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Onsite support from House Supervisor and providers, including nights
