Southcoast Health System, Inc. is seeking a skilled ICU RN for Tobey Hospital in Wareham, MA. The role involves coordinating nursing care, teaching patients and families, and leading a diverse care team in the ICU.
The position offers 36 hours per week with an Evening/Night shift (7:15pm–7:15am) and weekend/holiday rotation, ensuring meaningful patient impact and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive, community-focused health system.
Competenze
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required.
- Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) also required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from vaccination per policy by signing a waiver.
Mansioni
- Coordinate total nursing care for patients under direction of the Manager or designee.
- Participate in patient and family teaching.
- Provide leadership by working cooperatively with nursing and patient care teams to maintain professional standards.
- Care for patients appropriate to their age group.
