Qualifications

• Completion of a state approved Registered Nurse Program.
• Valid State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS Certified.
• NIHSS Certified.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting care activities.
• Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act regulations.
• Plan for the provision of patient care as described in the Patient Care policies.
