Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a state approved Registered Nurse Program.
• Valid State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care per standards to deliver quality patient care.
• Provide age-appropriate care, tailoring interventions to patient growth and development.
• Develop and modify the plan of care in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and unit policies.
