Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a day shift, full-time ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality critical care to patients in a demanding environment. You will assess, plan, and deliver comprehensive nursing care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

You may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and relocation assistance to support your transition. The role requires NM nursing licensure within 90 days, BLS, and possible ACLS/PALS based on department

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma of Nursing is required.
• Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire).
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role.
• DEPARTMENT MAY ALSO REQUIRE ACLS and/or PALS.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for the practice of Professional Nursing, to include patient care and staff management assigned to the RN in his/her charge.
• May serve in the role of Charge Nurse and is accountable for professional practice.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

• Lovelace Westside Hospital provides care to Albuquerque’s Westside and Rio Rancho, including a 24-hour emergency department and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient surgical capabilities such as Ear Nose and Throat (ENT), bariatric and orthopedic service lines.
