Job summary

Coshocton Regional Medical Center is seeking a Part-Time ICU Registered Nurse for 12-hour day shifts. The RN will deliver safe patient care, perform nursing assessments, and coordinate care in a 56-bed ICU with a strong focus on quality and safety. The role requires BLS/ACLS, RN licensure, and critical care capability.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
• Basic Arrhythmia interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital; critical care preferred.
• CCRN certification preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Provide direct patient care within ICU scope of practice.
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel.
• Maintain standards of care in the ICU.
• Communicate with physicians about changes in patient condition and test results.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or treatment response.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
