RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an RN for the Intensive Care Unit at Jersey City Medical Center in Jersey City, NJ. This day shift role is hourly with a 7a–7p schedule, 35.3 hours per week, and requires active NJ RN licensure along with BLS and ACLS timelines. ICU experience and CCRN are preferred.

Compensation ranges from $47.85 to $67.04 per hour based on education, skills, and experience. The hospital emphasizes patient-centered care and Magnet-designated nursing excellence.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma from an accredited school of nursing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the health care system within the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Ensure safety and apply evidence-based practice across patient care teams.
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to appropriate team members and collaborate with other providers.
• Set and evaluate priorities with interventions and measurable outcomes.
