Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU. This full-time day shift role focuses on high-acuity patient care, collaboration with the healthcare team, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will care for critical patients using nursing processes, provide education to families, and participate in ongoing performance improvements while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Graduate of a Diploma, Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree Nursing Program. BSN preferred.
• Current RN license to practice in Georgia.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification required within first week; ACLS, PALS, NRP within 6 months as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage care of assigned ICU patients using nursing process and clinical judgment.
• Deliver care following evidenced-based guidelines with appropriate resources.
• Review and act on diagnostic test results and patient data.
• Administer medications per hospital policy.
• Perform standardized nursing assessments and develop care plans with goals.
• Evaluate interventions and revise care plans with the team.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Document accurately to meet regulatory standards and participate in quality reviews.
