Northeast Georgia Health System in Georgia is seeking an experienced RN to join our interdisciplinary care team on evening shifts. The role focuses on direct patient care, leadership development, and participation in councils and quality initiatives.

Candidates must hold an RN license in Georgia, have ADN or diploma, and preferably a BSN; one year RN experience is encouraged. We value patient safety, evidence-based practice, and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience or equivalent on hire.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a highly engaged and full partner on the care team.
• Leads interdisciplinary rounds to facilitate appropriateness of care and transitions.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and the health care team; applies nursing process.
