Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and plan appropriate nursing care.
• Implement and document care according to physician orders and policy.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Discharge planning and patient/family education as needed.
• Supervise/educate junior staff and ensure compliance with standards.
