Job summary

Temple Health is hiring a Staff RN ICU 36HR Day Flex (6:45am-7:15pm) at FCCC, located at 333 Cottman Avenue, Philadelphia, PA. This Full-Time position requires a PA RN license, BLS, and a BSN or related nursing degree. The RN assesses, implements, and evaluates care for ICU patients under physician direction and coordinates with families and the care team.

Two years of related experience are preferred. A Multi-State Compact RN license is also required, or equivalent licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing school required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of experience in area of clinical specialty preferred.
• PA Registered Nurse License required.
• Basic Life Support required.
• Multi-State Compact RN License required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, implements, and evaluates care for assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician.
• Collaborates with the patient, family, peers and health care team to individualize patient care.
• Directs nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to standards and policies.
