Job summary

Qualifications

• Prefers surgical units experience (ICU/Telemetry).
• Must have strong communication in English and understand medical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessment on admission and with condition changes.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans with expected outcomes.
• Administer medications and IV therapy per policy.
• Document care accurately in charting and electronic systems.
• Provide patient and family education; ensure safe discharge planning.
